Bimbo Fisayo (Mrs.)
Bimbo Fisayo (BF) as she is fondly called by her friends founded CHRIST THE CORNERSTONE (CTC) INTERNATIONAL SCHOOLS in January 1994 as a way to affect Nigerian families through the children.
The idea of the school was to have an institution that will give children strong values, build self-esteem as well as imbue them with patriotic sentiments for Nigeria.
The school has done this for twenty-five (25) years and boasts of very successful alumni who are making Nigeria proud at home and abroad.
Her own adult children who are successful professionals in their own rights and are married with children are all alumni of the school.
Educated at Howard University in Washington D.C. USA, Bimbo Fisayo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Laboratory Technology after a decision not to continue with a degree in Medicine. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same university.
While in the United States, she worked in various positions in diagnostic medicine at the Howard University Hospital and later in administration at the District of Columbia General Hospital where she was part of the team that worked to return the hospital to profitability under the leadership of Mayor Marion Barry (then Mayor of the District of Columbia) and Congressman Walter Fauntroy.
Upon her return to Nigeria with her family, she worked in various sectors of the economy like manufacturing and sales.
An avid reader, a lover of classical music and the performing arts, Bimbo Fisayo is very involved with The Musical Society Of Nigeria (MUSON) and The Society for the Performing Arts in Nigeria (SPAN). She supports various charity organizations and is a member of The Nigeria Red Cross Society. She plays lawn tennis for exercise.
Bimbo Fisayo is a Lagosian whose love for Nigeria drives her to want to impact this generation and generations yet unborn.
Folake Fawunmi has a Degree in Law. She worked for many years as a Lawyer in Nigeria and also practiced in the United Kingdom. She has also worked in various management positions including Amnesty International and Chams Nigeria Plc.
Whilst in Vienna Austria, where she lived for eight years, she worked closely with children developing programmes and Life Skills after-school clubs at The Vienna International School. Folake has a strong passion for children’s educational and development issues.
Her successful children motivate and inspire her
She is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Mahogany Capital Limited. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (FCIT). She also holds a Post Graduate Management Diploma from the prestigious Harvard Business School, Boston, U.S.A. Mrs. Ifezulike has over 25 years experience in Banking with specialization in Branch Operations, Financial Control, Financial Advisory, Investment Management and Treasury, Private Banking and Management Information Services.
Prior to her position as the MD/CEO of Mahogany Capital Limited, she was the pioneer MD/CEO of Afribank Capital Limited from 2007 to 2012; she was a General Manager in charge of Corporate Finance Department at Afribank Nigeria Plc. She also worked for Afribank International limited (Merchant Bankers), Ojike, Okechukwu & Co. (Chartered Accountants) as well as Kapital Securities Limited. She has extensive training, both locally and internationally in Financial Management and Administration.
Mrs. Ola Ifezulike is a Member of the Technical Committee of the National Council on Privatization (TC-NCP) and also serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Boards of Gresham Asset Management Limited, and TrustBond Mortgage Bank Plc.
Pastor Ituah Ighodalo
Pastor Ituah Ighodalo is a Pastor, an Accountant, a Thinker, a Social Reformer and a Writer. He obtained a B.Sc combined honors degree in Economics and Accounting in 1982 from the University of Hull, England, qualified as a Chartered Accountant in July 1986 and attended a Business Management Course at the Harvard Business School, Boston in 2011.
He commenced his professional career in 1982 at Pricewaters House now Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC) and later founded Ighodalo & Co., a professional public Accounting firm in January 1987. In October 2004, Ighodalo & Co. merged with 3 other firms to form SIAO/RSM Nigeria becoming arguably the 5th largest accounting practice in Nigeria, today.
Pastor Ituah is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and also a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation Nigeria; he is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management, a Member of the American Society of Industrial Security and a member of the American Institute of Management.
He is the Chairman FAMAD Nig. Plc., FINATRUST Micro Finance Bank Ltd., The Clinix Diagnostic Center, Roch Tools Ltd., Enugu Independent Power Plant Ltd., Capitalgate Ltd., Elizabeth R Events Management Ltd., Trinicorp Nig. Ltd., amongst others.
He sits on the board of NSIA Insurance Ltd., Mannox Integrated Ltd., Standard Bearers School and several other companies. He is also on the board of Pastor E.A Adeboye Professorial Chair for Mathematics (UNILAG), The Bassey Andah Foundation and he Chairs the Christopher Kolade Chairs Endowment Foundation. He is the Publisher/Editor-in-Chief of the TIMELESS Media Group, Chairman Trinity Media and Films, Celebr8 Music Festival and producer Courage Center TV series. He has written and published several articles, papers and books.
He has also sat on various government panels’ (State and Federal), and has been an adviser/consultant to the government at different levels since 1991. He is on the Council of the Nigerian British Chamber of Commerce (NBCC) and the Nigeria Employers Consultative Association (NECA).
A sports enthusiast, he is the chairman of Trinity Football Club, The Pitch Award and the Blind Football Initiatives, and he is a member of Ikoyi Club, Metropolitan Club and Lagos Lawn Tennis Club.
Pastor Ituah Ighodalo chairs and is on the board of several charitable organizations and NGOs including the Courage Education Foundation, Edensfield Health Initiative, ELPIS Mental Health Initiative, Heritage Homes, The Joseph Liberty Foundation, Food Bank Initiative, The Ituah Ighodalo Foundation, The Fola Akintunde Ighodalo Foundation, Stephen Adams Social Reformation Foundation, Lydia Grace Foundation, The Trinity Foundation and a few others.
He is the Pastor-in-Charge of Trinity House.
